Welcome to WordRot ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile app and services ("App"). By using WordRot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use WordRot. Users aged 13 to 17 should have parental consent. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.


Our Services

WordRot provides AI-powered word games, puzzles, and challenges. This includes features like dynamic puzzle generation, word validation, and adaptive difficulty. These services are for entertainment purposes only.


Payments

WordRot is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we'll notify you clearly before any charges apply. Any payments will be processed through the App Store, and you may cancel anytime through your Apple account.


Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Submit offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content

  • Misuse the app or attempt to hack our services

  • Use automated tools or bots to play the game

  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage

  • Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.


AI Features

Important: WordRot uses AI technology to generate puzzles and process gameplay.

  • AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes

  • We strive to provide accurate word validation, but occasional errors may occur

  • AI features may evolve and change as we improve the app


Intellectual Property

All content and technology in the app, including AI models, game designs, puzzles, and our brand, are owned by WordRot. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the App, you grant us permission to process your game inputs through our AI systems to provide our services.


Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.


Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.


Disclaimers

We provide the app "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all features will be error-free. You use the app at your own risk.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordRot is not liable for any damages that may result from using our app. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed £100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
